We can provide all or part of the services for basic and detailed highways, transportation and public realm projects, from inception, procurement and design through to construction and commissioning . We have an extensive track record in programme and project management for the implementation of large contracts and the arrangement of related financing on behalf of our clients. We hold direct responsibility at both strategic and operational levels, and we are experienced in delivering projects in complex and highly politicised environments. We work closely with partners and implement a global management strategy that enables us to obtain best value and quality.
PROJECTS
We manage a wide range of transportation and public realm projects for local authorities in the UK and Switzerland. Among the most recent has been the development of a new structural public transport network made of Tramway and Bus Rapid Transit lines in Lausane, Switzerland. We have also established the structure for the London iconic Mini Holland programme for the Royal Borough of Kingston. We have experience in the management of multi modal transport hub and regeneration of the public realm in high profile locations.
